Pricing Questions
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the final price. The only additional costs are domain (~15€/year) and hosting (~60–120€/year) — if you don't include them in the package. Everything else is included.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Our standard terms are 50% at the start and 50% upon final delivery. For larger projects we can arrange 3 instalments. Payment is made by bank transfer or via PayPal.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
We work until full approval with unlimited revisions. If we haven't delivered what was agreed, we refund the advance payment. Our reputation depends on your satisfaction.
Are domain and hosting included?
Package 1 does not include hosting — you purchase it yourself or add it to the package for an additional fee. Package 2 includes hosting for 1 year. Package 3 can include hosting on request.
