1. Who is the data controller

Web Fabrika is a boutique web design and SEO agency based in Sofia, Bulgaria. If you have any questions regarding your personal data, you may contact us at hello@web-fabrika.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the following data:

Enquiry form data — your name, phone, email and, optionally, a few words about your business or website, which you voluntarily send us, together with the page you write from, the package you chose and how you reached the site (for example from an ad or a search). The forms pass through Google Apps Script and reach us as an email. We use this data only to respond to your enquiry and for a possible project.
Statistics — information about visits via Google Analytics 4 (pages viewed, device, approximate location, source of the visit). Cookies and full statistics only if you accept “Statistics” in the cookie banner. Without consent, Google Analytics receives only cookieless signals with no visitor identifier (Google Consent Mode), used for aggregate estimates.
Advertising data — whether a visit or an enquiry came from one of our ads on Google, Facebook or Instagram, via Google Ads and the Meta Pixel. We do not send them your name, phone or email. Advertising cookies and the Meta Pixel only if you accept “Advertising” in the banner. Without consent, Google Ads receives only cookieless signals with no visitor identifier (Google Consent Mode), and Meta receives nothing.

To respond to your enquiry and carry out the project (the forms)
To understand how the website is used and to improve it (Google Analytics)
To measure whether our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram lead to enquiries (Google Ads and the Meta Pixel)

5. Do we share data with third parties

We do not sell personal data. Data is received only by the following providers, and only for the purposes above:

Google — Google Apps Script and Gmail (the forms), Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (cookies only with your consent), in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
Meta Platforms Ireland — the Meta Pixel (only with your consent to “Advertising”), in accordance with Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Google and Meta may process data outside the European Union (for example in the US) under the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Request access to your personal data
Request rectification or erasure of your data
Withdraw your consent to cookies at any time — from the “Cookies” button at the bottom of every page
Lodge a complaint with the CPDP (Commission for Personal Data Protection), the supervisory authority in Bulgaria
